6. Unfair treatment of
employees & retaliation?
FedEx promises fair treatment for all employees
in the very first page of the handbook however a response
from FedEx recently to an employee seeking fair treatment
was "life isn't fair". Hey FedEx - you set the
standard, now step up to the plate and deliver!
There are quite a few stories from FedEx
employees over the years regarding unfair treatment and
retaliation including some on courier
Kevin Osiowy's site. FedEx
even tried to take away our domain boycottfedex.info
in May 2004 (this is not an employee run site).
Sites FedEx took away from employee groups:
fedexgroundbeef.com (ground employees)
fedexpilots.com (pilots)
fedup.com (union organizing)
